1. Service Description

Watchdog provides uptime monitoring services. We check your specified URLs from multiple geographic locations and alert you when outages are detected.

2. Acceptable Use

You may only monitor URLs that you own or have explicit permission to monitor. You must not use Watchdog to:

• Monitor third-party services without authorization
• Perform denial-of-service attacks or stress testing
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or usage quotas

3. Payment

Paid tiers are billed in USDC. Payments are non-refundable. Your subscription remains active until the end of the paid period.

4. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime of the monitoring service itself. We are not liable for missed checks or delayed alerts.

5. Data

We store monitoring results (URL, status, response time) for up to 30 days. We do not sell your data to third parties.

6. Limitation of Liability

Watchdog is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to missed outage alerts.

7. Termination

We may terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
